First you'll need to be a good person in terms of not insulting/abusing other members of the team as well as other members in the community, then a good player, once a person contains both these characteristics, they will be able to join.

Rank: Overall: +2000 preferred however this doesn't mean just cause you have 2000+ you're automatically accepted.
